GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION AND POLICIES

Ticket Prices.

ADVANCE TICKETS for MUSICALS (The Light in the Piazza, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change) are $23 and $21 (Seniors 62+ and Students with ID at the door). Tickets are $2 more when purchased at the door.
 

Group Reservations. Receive $3 off per ticket with a purchase of 15 or more for one performance. Receive $5 off per ticket for groups of 50 or more.  Call the box office (248.850.9919) or email info@twomusestheatre.org to purchase.

Two Muses works on a ticketless system. TICKETS YOU PURCHASE IN ADVANCE WILL NOT BE SENT TO YOU.  Your ticket order will be held at WILL CALL and available at the door, beginning one hour prior to the performance. 

 

How to Order. Discounted Advanced tickets are recommended and can be purchased with a credit card by calling our Box Office or online. Tickets may be also purchased with cash, check, or charge in person at the Box Office on performance days one hour prior to each performance.  Tickets are an additional $2 each when purchased at the door on the day of the show. 


Cancellation Policy. All sales are final. However, as a courtesy to our patrons, purchased tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to performance without penalty and when seats are available.

 

Inclement Weather Policy. If the theatre determines that a performance can be held, then the "show will go on!" A liberal exchange policy will be in effect, meaning that patrons will be allowed to exchange their tickets for future performances of the same production (if available) or a future production of equal or lesser value. If a performance is held, there are NO REFUNDS on pre-paid tickets.  Patrons must call or email the theatre to make the exchange.  Exchange tickets are subject to availability and must be completed 1 hour prior to curtain or will be considered a no show and tickets will be forfeited.

If the theatre determines that a performance can Not be held, this decision is made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time.  In this case, patrons are given three options:
1 - Exchange tickets for another performance during the run
2 - Exchange tickets for another production later in the season
3 - Transfer ticket purchase to a Two Muses Theatre Donation (tax deductible)
NOTE:  Tickets being exchanged on a performance which can NOT be held, must be exchanged within 7 days of the canceled performance.  Tickets that are not rescheduled during the 7 day period will be converted to donations after 7 days.


Seating. Non-reserved seating begins 30 minutes prior to curtain. Patrons arriving late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Accessibility. All performances are wheelchair accessible; Please mention special needs when making reservations.

 Please note: Monster Box Theatre does not sell Two Muses Theatre tickets.  Tickets may be purchased online now and beginning one month prior to each performance by phone:  10am-5pm.  In person at the theatre, 60 minutes prior to all performances.

Online. ONLINE DISCOUNTED TICKET SALES ON THE DAY OF PERFORMANCE WILL END FOUR HOURS PRIOR TO CURTAIN TIME.

All tickets purchased online are held at the box office.
